Terms and Conditions on Purchases from this website

1. We are unable to refund or exchange goods without proof of Purchase.

2. Only products that are found faulty within the first 7 days of purchase can be returned (subject return back to base). An engineer will then either examine the goods or repair, in your home if required, within 7 working days before any decision is made. If the product cannot be repaired then an exchange or credit note will be issued.

3. Please kindly examine goods for cosmetic damage before purchase as well as on delivery, as we sell transport damaged, cosmetically damaged and graded goods.

4. We recommend that all your electrical/gas appliances MUST be installed by a qualified Corgi registered engineer and as faults can occur if not fitted correctly. Proof of installation MUST be produced in case of any fault; failure to DO SO will void the warranty.

5. Any item paid for or which a deposit has been left cannot be refunded if a customer changes his/her mind and/or if found unsuitable or unwanted.

6. Please ensure all products are inspected before signing as no claims for damages/wrong goods will be accepted after delivery or leaving shop.

7. If a decision has been made for goods to be returned and refunded, a handling charge of 30% will be occurred.

8. If payment is overdue Zamin Bros Ltd may recover the goods and may enter upon the customer’s premises for that purpose.

9. We are not manufacturers therefore may/may not be subject to manufacturer’s warranty.

10. All appliances are “sold as seen” and we will not accept liability for missing accessories, shelves, cables, baskets, filters, etc. after the item has been sold.

11. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

12. We do not offer any delivery services and all purchased must be collected from the shop.

13. All prices advertised on this site are exclusive of VAT.

14. All sales subject to stock availablity.
